For most of us work is a crucial and satisfying part of life, enabling us to fulfil our potential. However, at times the work place can create uncomfortable pressures for differing reasons (having been in sales I have lived my fair share). My role is to support clients find their own, new or adjusted direction through their personal challenges by using powerful goal oriented techniques that help accelerate your journey towards your future positive self.

It's natural, just like water, it hits dams and blocks on it's way to the sea, so do we! Working with NLP techniques I support my clients to help them to find the root cause of these blockers - be it fear, worry or a phobia and help to find a way forward.

Relationships can be our greatest pleasure but also a real trial when they aren't going as well as hoped (this can include those who aren't with us any longer). I work with clients to provide space to reflect and find peace and then using techniques inspired by NLP to help them to move forward towards a more positive future.

Many of us fear change and it's that unknown that can hold us back. When change is not our choice, such as the loss of a loved one, illness, loss of job or identity, it can be hard to move forward. Working together clients can rediscover their purpose by working through values and beliefs to create a new but different path towards the future.

Coping as parent of children of any ages, a parent returning to work or simply dealing with the recent but complex pressures of homeschooling can be hard and confusing, especially when navigating what to prioritise. My approach is to support parents with techniques that help them understand the various emotions that can be experienced whilst parenting as well understandi your child and their behaviours better which in turn allows you as a parent to build a stronger more constructive relationship.
