Working with a blend of Cognitive behavioural therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming, I am passionate about helping my clients discover their next steps and direction in life. I specialise in helping clients engage in self reflection along side providing proper coping techniques to overcome everyday related stresses such as parenting, corporate and work based pressures or simply life changes that are hard to process.
Living in Woking Surrey with my two teenage boys, I worked in the airlines and then for 20 years in IT sales. My journey has been diverse with many changes in direction - some planned but most a result of life creating different paths for me. As a result I learned first hand how valuable it is to be able to work with a therapist who can provide support to suit you as an individual, whilst allowing space to find a natural way forward. This support during key points in my life inspired me to train to help others find their own way to not just cope but to move forward with confidence and sparkle.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) aims to detect and modify unconscious biases or limitations of an individual's map of the world.
NLP is not hypnotherapy, instead, it operates through the conscious use of language - everyone has the resources they need to make positive changes in their life, NLP techniques are used as a tool to facilitate these changes, leaving you to concentrate on what you are thinking, feeling and any other sensory observations to bring about positive changes in thought and behaviour.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy enabling change through behaviour and thought management. Commonly used to treat anxiety and
depression, CBT can also help with other mental and physical health problems.

Based on the concept that thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap people in a vicious cycle, CBT deals with current problems, rather than focusing on issues from the past by seeking practical ways to improve state of mind on a daily basis.
The Ollie concept was created with a passion and commitment to building resilience and wellbeing in children. Ollie allows children to take an active role in working through their issues while finding positive empowerment to help them become the best version of themselves.

As a qualified Ollie Coach, I am therapeutically trained to work with children, young people and adults. This type of therapy can be offered as one to one sessions, in groups or in the Ollie Kids Programme.
